Instructor-Led Apprenticeship
Worked on a team of highly-talented instructional designers as a writer and developer to build an in-person apprenticeship program for floor technicians at a Fortune 500 aerospace corporation. We used Powerpoint and Word to develop presentations, instructor guides, student guides, and knowledge assessments.

Asynchronous E-Learning on Maternal Health and Advocacy
Worked directly with subject matter experts as project manager, writer, and developer to create a series of sports-themed e-learning modules (Articulate Storyline, Vyond) and printable "playbook" (Word) for the partners of pregnant black and brown women. The focus is to help them understand maternal health concerns, how to support at home, and how to navigate the medical field.

Asynchronous E-Learning on Energy Isolation
Worked closely with subject matter expert as project manager, writer, and developer to build out two e-learning modules on energy isolation and internal lock-out, tag-out procedures. This included a full course built in Articulate Storyline and Vyond and a second simulation in CenarioVR, both of which have been translated into over seven languages.

Asynchronous E-Learning on Human Trafficking
Worked closely with subject matter expert to build an introduction to human trafficking awareness (what it looks like, where it happens, how to identify it, and who to contact). This was designed for general knowledge as well as for transit organizations such as the Orlando International Airport. We use live video integrated in Storyline for interactive education and scenarios.

Worked directly with subject matter expert project manager, writer, and developer to write and develop over six e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline on corporate safety and security topics such as active assailants, non- and de-escalation skills, liability and foreseeability, and threat assessment. We used a lot of scenario-driven learning on these projects.

Worked directly with subject matter expert as a writer and developer to develop several e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline on quality management practices in manufacturing. The reach of this course was to train new and up-skill existing quality managers in best practice techniques.

Worked directly with subject matter experts as a writer and developer to create a highly personalized e-learning module that walked start-up owners through assessing and mitigating risk. We used Storyline for the course development and Word to create a printable risk assessment guide and planner.

Worked closely with organization's owner to develop two learning modules (Storyline and Vyond) that guided new instructors on working with and creating a safe space for at-risk teens. The course was highly interactive with real-world scenarios and game-based interactions.

Worked directly with subject matter expert as a developer to create several e-learning modules in Vyond and Articulate Storyline to guide K-12 students through various character development topics such as honesty, peer pressure, and dealing with anger.
